I grew up around food and flavors!  My Parents owned a restaurant on Sanibel Island, where I started my career by standing on milk crates washing dishes. I earned control of my first kitchen at the age of 17 and then joined the American Culinary Federation. Within a few years, I was voted Vice President of our Local Chapter-The SW Florida Chef's Association. My professional skills also include Restaurant Consultation, Country Club General Manager, Kitchen Design-Layout, Personal Chef Services and a Catering business that I started, owned and operated for 19 years. There I organized and orchestrated over 2,500 events that catered to hundreds of thousands of people, including intimate dinners for 2, weddings and business functions as large as 4000 guests.
